Our story began with a passion for helping female leaders succeed. Our founders saw a need for personalized, results-driven consulting services and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence.

Meet the Team
Teresa Ash
PharmD, MHA, BCPS
Teresa Ash, PharmD, MHA, BCPS, has been a healthcare leader for 15 years. She earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2002 from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University in 2016. She has experience leading healthcare services across a continuum of care, including private ambulatory practice, outpatient, and inpatient services.
Jen Jackson
DNP, RN, NEA-BC
Dr. Jen Jackson, a beacon of nursing leadership, brings over 15 years of experience in academic and community medicine roles. She earned a BSN from the University of Evansville in 1997 and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Cincinnati in 2013. Her expertise in healthcare management, regulatory compliance, and patient safety is a testament to her dedication to advancing nursing practice.
