The Healthcare She Suite was founded by two women who have spent their careers at the intersection of clinical excellence and organizational leadership. Teresa and Jen built this community because they lived the gaps — and decided to do something about it.
Teresa Ash
PharmD, MHA, BCPS
Co-Founder
Dr. Teresa Ash has been a healthcare leader for over 15 years. She earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2002 from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University in 2016.
She has experience leading healthcare services across a continuum of care, including private ambulatory practice, outpatient, and inpatient services. Teresa's passion for developing women leaders is at the heart of everything The Healthcare She Suite does.

Jen Jackson
DNP, RN, NEA-BC
Co-Founder
Dr. Jen Jackson is a beacon of nursing leadership with over 15 years of experience in academic and community medicine roles. She earned a BSN from the University of Evansville in 1997 and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Cincinnati in 2013.
Her expertise spans healthcare management, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. Jen is deeply committed to advancing nursing practice and creating environments where women can lead with confidence and clarity.
